Thank you for visiting our online store. Delivery of your orders is very easy when you shop with us. We offer home delivery in any location of your choice across Nigeria and International Destinations.  

Domestic Shipping Timeline

This is for our customers in:

• Nigeria: Lagos Delivery: 1 – 3 days
• Other States, Cities and Towns’ Delivery: 3 – 7 days

PLEASE NOTE

We do not deliver during public holidays and Sundays. The specified time frames are only estimates, as deliveries could be earlier and on very rare occasions, later than estimated. If your items are not delivered within the estimated time, do not hesitate to give us a call or send us an email; we definitely will have it rectified.

As much as we always ensure to process hitch-free orders, we are aware of the fact that there could be errors in very rare occurrences. In such cases, we offer refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances for damaged (at the point of delivery) or lost parcels:

Damaged Parcels:

• Inspect your parcel immediately upon arrival.
• Report any damage within 48 hours of receipt via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Provide clear photos of the damage and details of the affected items.
• Upon verifying your claim, we will:

  • Arrange for a replacement item to be sent.
  • Issue a full refund for the damaged item(s) if a replacement is unavailable.

Lost Parcels:

• If your parcel is lost in transit, we will notify you promptly as soon as we become aware of it.
• An investigation will be initiated immediately.
• If the parcel remains unfound within 5 working days of our notification, we will:

  • Issue a full refund for the lost parcel and its contents.

Exclusions:
Refunds or exchanges are not available for:

• Change of mind purchases.
• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or wear and tear.
• Incorrect address details were provided at checkout.
• Unclaimed parcels.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
