Our shipping fee is very affordable. The amount you pay for the shipment of your order(s) is calculated based on the weight of the product(s) you order for and the distance of your location from Lagos. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

As much as we always ensure to process hitch-free orders, we are aware of the fact that there could be errors in very rare occurrences. In such cases, we offer refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances for damaged (at the point of delivery) or lost parcels:
Damaged Parcels:
- Inspect your parcel immediately upon arrival.
- Report any damage within 48 hours of receipt via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Provide clear photos of the damage and details of the affected items.
- Upon verifying your claim, we will:
- Arrange for a replacement item to be sent.
- Issue a full refund for the damaged item(s) if a replacement is unavailable.
Lost Parcels:
- If your parcel is lost in transit, we will notify you promptly as soon as we become aware of it.
- An investigation will be initiated immediately.
- If the parcel remains unfound within 5 working days of our notification, we will:
- Issue a full refund for the lost parcel and its contents.
Exclusions:
Refunds or exchanges are not available for:
- Change of mind purchases.
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or wear and tear.
- Incorrect address details were provided at checkout.
- Unclaimed parcels.
